What application do you need?
To replace an component on your property, or paint "like for like" meaning: if you are replacing your fence and not making changes to the materials you are using, that would be considered like for like. Exterior painting, not changing the color scheme, but keeping with the same does not require approval. However, we do request photos and information regarding your replacements to place in your homeowner file.

This application is used for most improvements including but not limited to, exterior painting, fence, window, roof and driveway replacements, solar, landscape/hardscape, & mailbox improvements/replacements. For additional information please review the Architectural Guidelines.
Vision
NOTICE OF COMPLETION APPLICATION
When your approved project is complete, it is required that a "Notice of Completion" (NOC) is submitted. Why? This is to confirm that your project was completed as approved. Also, by submitting your NOC, once approved, your deposit is returned. For additional information please review the Architectural Guidelines.
ADDENDUM
(to your approved application)
Sometimes your approved application/project faces unanticipated changes. This may be in result of City requests, contractor changes, etc. Changes to your original application which were approved require approval prior the commencement of any work. Meaning - there may be a change, but you need approval first to proceed.
