**How to Check Your Homeowner Status:**
1. **Verify Ownership**: Check your latest billing statement or any official communication from the HOA. The name on these documents should match the owner of record.
2. **Update Information**: If the name or details are incorrect, please email Coastal Management (we need this request in writing) support@nbcoastal.com. If your property is held in a trust, you will need to provide the relevant documentation.
