Irvine's hidden gem with 626 single-family homes at the city's center. As one of the oldest neighborhoods in Irvine, Greentree has a rich history and has made significant contributions to the fabric of the City of Irvine.

A neighborhood shaped by Irvine's village plan
Greentree is the only neighborhood with a homeowners association within the North El Camino project area. The Greentree Homes Association is a resident organization that maintains community common areas and association facilities.
Irvine was designed as a series of villages, with each village separated by major streets and containing residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, schools, religious institutions, parks, and open spaces.
The city was envisioned as a community that would provide residents with an easy and comfortable lifestyle through thoughtful planning elements such as cul-de-sacs, greenbelts, schools, and nearby shopping.

Saturday, Aug 15 – Sunday, Aug 16, 2026 at Greentree Community Park. Overnight camping, movie in the park, and morning donuts. Waiver & RSVP required.
